VATICAN HOSTED AMBI MEDIA GROUP’S “BEYOND THE SUN” SCREENING

The World Premiere will be presented by Alice nella Città – independent and parallel sidebar of the Festa del Cinema di Roma dedicated to young generations and families.

Andrea Iervolino and Monika Bacardi’s AMBI Media Group has been blessed with the honor of hosting a private screening of their movie “Beyond the Sun” at the epicenter of the Christian faith, Vatican City, on Wednesday, September 20th. The journey to create this film began when His Holiness Pope Francis asked the filmmakers to produce a movie that communicates Jesus’s message of love for children all over the world. AMBI co-founders Andrea Iervolino and Lady Monika Bacardi then produced the film with the religious advice of Monsignor Eduardo Garcia, Bishop of San Justo and General Assistant of FIAC and co-producers Graciela Rodriguez and Gabriel Leybu. Pope Francis also appears in the movie using his role to help support the social and spiritual message within the film. All of the film’s profits will be donated to El Buen Samaritano charities which help aid at-risk children and young adults in need.

The Producers, the director Graciela Rodriguez, the co director Charlie Mainardi and the co producer Gabriel Leybu attended the screening together to the famous Italian journalist Gianni Minà, some high exponents of the Canadian Government, dignitaries from China and Argentina and Monsignor Perazzolo from CTv (the Official Vatican Television).

Pope Francis sent a letter before the screening to explain the importance of the project and says: “Thank you for your courage. I am convinced that the film will be a small seed, but, like the mustard grain of which the Gospel is spoken, it will grow.”

Written and directed by Graciela Rodriguez “Beyond the Sun”, is a family adventure story where children from different cultures emulate the apostles while searching for Jesus in the world around them. The film is uplifting and intended to spiritually engage and encourage audiences of all ages to transmit Jesus words, to understand them and integrate them to live a better life, make good choices and help others.

The film stars child actors Aiden Cumming-Teicher, Cory Gruter-Andrew, Emma Duke, Kyle Breitkopf, and Sebastiάn and Alexander Chou.

Andrea Iervolino comments: “This film is a film to be supported, which brings the word of God and Jesus into the world. He wants to get to all, children and adults. It is a film made for one purpose: charity. In fact, all proceeds will be donated to support the El Buen Samaritano association that helps a lot of children.”

The movie was financed by AMBI Media Group in association with Raven Capital Management and Paradox studios. AMBI will release the film theatrically later ths year.
